Junior Team Tennis
USTA
Junior Team Tennis is a program of team practice and match play
for boys and girls, ages 6 to 18, who want to play on tennis teams.
Teams are comprised of players of similar age and skill, and they
compete against other teams from the same geographic region in one
of three league divisions: 18 and under, 14 and under and 12 and

Junior Tennis Clinics |
The Capital Area Youth Tennis Organization provides free tennis
clinics at selected sites throughout the Sacramento area, including
the Millennium Sports Club in Shingle Springs. For more information

| Blacktop
Tennis |
Volunteer and
coach tennis to give back, meet High School community service credit
requirements and have fun! Gain experience and give back to the
community by assisting in coaching tennis to beginners (ages 4-12)
through a program called Blacktop Tennis. USTA
will teach you the fun, games-based Learn to Rally and Play curriculum at a low-cost USTA Recreation Coach Workshop. You can
volunteer one day per week for six weeks at an after school site
at one of 15 apartment communities in the greater Sacramento area.
Two volunteers will work with no more than 16 youths at a time.
Equipment is provided and stored on-site.
